Cathilyn is a graduate of The Quantum Institute for Holistic Health. She believes that the body has the ability and will to heal itself however, on occasion needs guidance. Cathilyn sees herself as a sculptor, with each stroke she intends to move the muscles and soft tissues in your body to where they belong, thus returning balance to the body, mind and soul . She has studied and practiced several healing modalities such as The Hawaiian healing art form of Lomi Lomi, Cranial Sacral, Deep Tissue, Geriatric massage, Hapai (pregnancy) massage, and infant massage. Holly was born and raised in Kailua, she attended massage school at Hawaii Healing Arts College and learned many different modalities of massage. Holly utilizes all these learned techniques to help release your tension, reduce stress, improve circulation, and most importantly relax. Tamara Moan received her training on Oahu at the American Institute of Massage Therapy. She has worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001, offering a combination of Swedish massage and Lomi Lomi techniques. Cristin holds a degree in Dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA and a lifetime of studying the kinetics and typical holding patterns in the body. Elizabeth Morris, LMT - Maternity leave until December
Elizabeth has been practicing massage since 2008, and is certified in prenatal and postnatal massage and also has attended numerous births as a labor doula. She has also studied Ayurveda medicine in India and in New Mexico for over 5 years and is an Ayurveda practitioner specializing in women’s health. She provides soothing Swedish massage as well as Ayurveda massage with Marma acupressure points. She is also trained in deep tissue, myofascial work, shiatsu, reflexology, and hot stone massage.
