We use various techniques, such as lomilomi, swedish massage, trigger point therapy, reiki and prayer all integrated to relieve pain and break up fascial adhesions and tension in the muscles which are preventing the body from performing optimally and healing quickly. Once the tension is released and nervous system calmed, the body is able to heal on its own.
